Wood Terrace is placed on the top of Usagidaira Gerende.Just around ADAM gondola Usagidaira station.
You can see a beautiful view of the Hakuba village from this wooden terrace.
Cafe is OPEN inside of the station building.Coffee and some soft drink,alcohol,Japanese Soba,curry,or some meals are served.

There is a very small bakery in Kamishiro, south of Misorano, Hakuba village.
Various homemade breads are there.
They are simple but Good breads.
Chocolate bread and Campagne.About 200yen each.
Inside of the bread is filled with sweet and bitter delicious chocolate.

They are some little thing but very important to taste better.
They are about using spices.
1.about using WASABI to taste soba better.
Paste Wasabi onto Soba noodle directly like this.You can taste the fresh sharp smell of wasabi in this way.
Wasabi paste looks light green on the Soba noodle.
2.about using salt,sometimes seasoned salt,to eat tempura more deliciously.
Please sprinkle your seasoned salt from dish of salt on tempura directly.
Do not put tempura on to the dish of salt.It results to make your tempura become very salty.
3.how to use the pot which is served after your order.
When you order Soba in cold style "Zaru Soba", a pot filled with hot water is served.
This hot water was used to boil Soba and called "Soba Yu".
Please pour this hot water into Soba soup cup and taste it.
